Description of the Charity Program
The WIKIS Charity Program is a public initiative implemented within the project's tokenomics and aimed at supporting socially significant initiatives, creative projects, and people in need. The program was created as one of the long-term mechanisms for distributing a portion of the WIKIS ecosystem's resources for socially beneficial purposes.
The program operates on a purely voluntary and non-commercial basis. Funding is provided from funds pre-allocated by the project's tokenomics, allowing charitable activities to be carried out independently of voluntary user donations or other external funding sources. This approach allows for advance planning of support volumes, ensures program stability, and maintains transparency in fund distribution throughout its lifespan.
Funding Frequency
Applications are reviewed and charitable funds are distributed quarterly—on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year. The program will run from July 1, 2025, to April 1, 2050, in accordance with the approved funding principles.
By each date, the Wikiserial Charity Department reviews applications received during the previous quarter. All applications are sequentially reviewed for compliance with the program's goals, after which decisions are made on whether to grant support based on available charitable funds. This process allows for an objective assessment of incoming applications, a unified review process, and a level playing field for all applicants, regardless of country of residence or project scale.
Funding Areas
The program focuses on supporting several socially significant areas, each aligned with the long-term values of the WIKIS ecosystem.
One of its priorities is cinema. Support can be provided to filmmakers, television series, documentaries, independent creative teams, and other initiatives related to the development of screen art and the creation of original content.
Special attention is given to healthcare. The program may consider applications related to the treatment of seriously ill people, providing assistance to children, acquiring essential medical equipment, and supporting projects that advance modern diagnostic methods and the creation of innovative drugs.
The program also considers initiatives in the areas of social and environmental assistance. These include projects aimed at supporting orphanages, charities, animal shelters, environmental initiatives, environmental education, and other socially beneficial programs that can bring long-term benefits to society.
Application Review Process
To participate in the program, applicants must submit an application to charity@wikiserial.org. The application must contain a detailed description of the situation or project, the purpose of the proposed funding, and materials that allow for an objective assessment of the application. Depending on the nature of the application, this may include documents, photographs, videos, project implementation plans, cost estimates, and other supporting information.
After registration, the application is forwarded to the Charity Department, which conducts a comprehensive review. The evaluation takes into account the program's compliance with its objectives, the social significance of the project, the credibility of the submitted materials, the feasibility of implementing the initiative, and the availability of available funds allocated for the current funding period.
If a positive decision is made, charitable assistance is provided within three days of the application's completion, provided the program has the necessary funds at the time of approval. After funding is completed, information about the supported project is published on this page, allowing community members to track the program's progress.
Funding Amount
The program's total charitable funds increase by 10,000 WIKIS at the beginning of each new quarter. This mechanism allows the program to gradually expand its capabilities and support more initiatives as it develops.
If any charitable funds remain unclaimed at the end of each period, they are not forfeited or reallocated to other purposes. The unused funds are automatically carried over to the next quarter, forming an additional reserve for funding future projects and applications.
All transactions related to charitable donations are processed via blockchain and are independently verifiable. Transaction information is publicly available through the WIKIS token smart contract, allowing any interested party to verify the transfer history.

Exceptions
The program only considers applications that comply with its goals and established rules. Applications whose content is not related to the program's activities cannot be approved.
Applications whose implementation violates the laws of the relevant jurisdiction or international legal norms will also not be considered. Grounds for refusal include the presence of signs of fraud, the provision of knowingly false information, or the use of forged documents and other materials.
Refunding of previously rejected applications is not provided without a significant change in the circumstances that led to the rejection. Similarly, the program does not provide for re-funding of applications that have already been fully funded.
Geography of Operations
The charitable program is international in nature and accepts applications from individuals and legal entities, regardless of their country of registration or residence. Applications are reviewed in strict compliance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, as well as the program's internal rules.
This international format allows for support for initiatives in various regions of the world, provided they align with the program's goals and meet the established requirements. All applications are reviewed according to uniform principles, regardless of the country from which the application originated.
Data Publication and Transparency
One of the key principles of the program is maximum transparency regarding its activities. All projects that have received charitable support are published in this section, along with information on the amount of funding provided.
Each charitable transaction is recorded on the blockchain and is available for viewing through the official BNB Smart Chain network explorer. This allows any user to independently verify the transfer of funds and ensure the transparency of their use.
The publication of funding results and the use of a public blockchain ensure a high level of accountability to the WIKIS project community and maintain trust in the charitable program throughout its operation.
Disclaimer
The WIKIS charitable program is a voluntary initiative administered by the Wikiserial project. Its activities are carried out in accordance with the program's internal rules and do not create a legal obligation to provide funding to any applicant.
All applications are reviewed individually, and decisions are made by the Charity Department based on the program's goals, the social significance of the specific initiative, the completeness of the submitted materials, and the amount of charitable funds available at the time of application review. Submitting an application does not guarantee receipt of financial support, as a final decision is made only after completion of the established review process.
