A brief description of the events of the series

The plot of the series "Resident Alien" revolves around an alien creature who arrived on Earth with the goal of eliminating humanity before returning to his home planet. However, during the mission, his ship crashes, as a result of which the hero is forced to adapt to life among people.

To hide his true nature, the alien takes on a human form and studies the behavior of local residents, while simultaneously mastering the features of his new body. Soon, in the small town where he settled, a local doctor is murdered. In connection with this, the mayor of the city offers the hero, now named Harry, to temporarily take over the position of the deceased medical worker. Thus begins his life as an ordinary American, and gradually the alien begins to feel sympathy for human society.

Over time, Harry comes to the conclusion that humanity is not as hopeless as he previously thought. In the finale, he decides to abandon his original mission to destroy people. However, the situation becomes complicated when Max, one of the alien's new earthly friends, appears on board his ship. Now the hero is faced with the task of bringing the boy back home.
